Meet NDIS Plan Manager and founder of North East Financial Susan McDermott. Located in Lismore, Northern NSW, Susan has first hand experience meeting personal challenges and is passionate about helping other people with disabilities. With many years of volunteering in the local community, Susan has complete empathy for those seeking support and direction.
With extensive experience and understanding on how to work with you, she will help structure the Service Agreements and correspond with you and the NDIS. You will have a “sounding board” when decisions are hard to make.
Susan has a Post Graduate Certificate in Business (Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies) from Queensland University of Technology.
